I'm just back from a very long vacation and I'm trying to work myself back to where I was before I left. (about 5 pounds lighter, thank you very much).
I know what my triggers are and you'd think I'd avoid them but somehow I keep being drawn back to my old bad habbits. Yes, I do wish there was a pill that would fix me but unfortunat
