Healing Mind, Healthy Woman, published in 1996, and have published four more since then. As much as I love writing books, one drawback is a lack of personal connection with the women who read them. Although I get letters and emails from women from all over, I have been wishing for a long time to be able to directly communicate with them. I continue to have an active psychotherapy practice, and still conduct multiple research projects, but this Web blog will provide a cutting-edge way to provide up-to-date answers to your questions and a forum where all of us can learn from and support each other.
In turn, I will answer your questions to the best of my ability and share what I have learned not only from my career as a health psychologist and researcher, but as a wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend.
