Susan Troyan, M.D., has a surgical practice devoted to breast disease. Dr. Troyan's major areas of interest are breast cancer and its management -- she has significant clinical experience in the area. In addition, Dr. Troyan has taught and supervised Harvard medical students and residents. She was formally on the Board of the National Breast Cancer Coalition and remains a core faculty member for their Project LEAD courses teaching advocates about evidence-based medicine. She is nationally recognized and sought after to give presentations and speak at local and state conferences on the issue of breast cancer, women's health, and activism.
